If you’re feeling stretched thin emotionally, relationally, or spiritually, therapy can offer a place to breathe, reflect, and reconnect. Life’s challenges have a way of piling up: parenting stress, relationship tension, burnout, faith-related wounds, or the grief of dreams that haven’t come to be. Maybe you’re carrying the weight of trauma or navigating shifting dynamics with parents, children, or partner. On the outside, you may look like you’re managing fine, but inside, it’s a different story. If any of this sounds familiar, I want you to know: you don’t have to go through it alone.
My approach is relational, trauma-informed, and grounded in compassion. I bring a calm, steady presence to therapy, along with curiosity, clinical insight, and (when it’s right) a sense of humour. I don’t believe therapy has to be heavy all the time; sometimes laughter has a place in healing, too.
Therapy with me is collaborative. You don’t have to come in with the perfect words or a clear goal. We’ll figure it out together.
I support adults, couples, and families who are navigating things like:
Whether you’re showing up solo, with a partner, or with a family member, therapy can be a space where things finally make sense—and where small shifts lead to real change. I work exclusively online, offering secure virtual therapy predominantly across Western Canada. Whether you’re in a rural community or simply prefer the flexibility of logging in from home, online counselling is a powerful and accessible way to get support. If you need a place where you can show up as you are, I would be honoured to walk alongside you.
Courtney is here to support you every step of the way.
