Through Therapy grew out of a simple but powerful belief: healing happens in relationship — in spaces rooted in safety, understanding, and genuine human connection. When we began in 2021, we were a small group of therapists committed to offering care that felt real, grounded, and relational. Since then, we’ve grown into a trusted community of mental health professionals supporting clients across Western Canada.

The name Through Therapy reflects our philosophy. We believe the way forward is not by avoiding pain, but by moving through it with support. Just as a forest path winds through the thickest parts of the woods to open into clearing, therapy offers a guided route through life’s challenges toward clarity, strength, and healing.

Today, we provide accessible, high-quality online counselling to individuals, couples, and families across Alberta, British Columbia, Saskatchewan, and beyond, honouring each person’s unique story, cultural background, and pace of growth.
