I work with people who feel stuck in patterns they can’t break, who are worn out by stress or conflict, and who want real, lasting change…not just temporary relief.
I support adults, young adults, and couples across Western Canada through secure online counselling. My role is to help you understand what’s happening beneath the surface, make sense of the story you’ve been carrying, and offer clear steps so you can move toward the life, stability, and relationships you want.

If ADHD makes everyday tasks feel chaotic, I help you create structure, reduce shame, and feel more grounded. If your relationship keeps repeating the same distressing cycle, I work with both of you to rebuild safety, communication, and closeness. If trauma or old family patterns keep resurfacing, I help you approach them with steadiness so they stop shaping your life from behind the scenes.
I draw from Emotionally Focused Therapy, DBT, CBT, and my years of experience supporting people through deeply personal chapters. The work is always tailored to you, not a script, not a formula, but a real conversation and a clear direction forward.
